AEC - Austay Share Accommodation
Sharing accommodation provides a great solution for students in terms of managing their daily costs of living. Moreover, it is a great opportunity to meet new people from different parts of the world, experience their culture and habits, make new friends and most importantly improve the English language skills.
We provide our own share accommodation options. We believe we have very unique service for you, because we actually own our houses. All our properties are close proximity to city centre (15 minutes), fully furnished with internet. Some of them have cable TV and swimming pool. All the bills (electricity, gas, internet, Cable TV … are included.
Two students (of the same gender or couples) share one bedroom and all members (of different genders) of the household have access to the bathroom, living room and kitchen.
There is a manager in each house who takes care of the property and makes sure that the house ground rules such as keeping the house clean and tidy and taking good care of the furniture and appliances are followed by all students.

They are all located along the Eastern Suburbs and Illawarra train line within short walking distance to a train station. See here some available houses.
Length of stay
Minimum stay in share accommodation is 2 weeks. Share accommodation can be easily extended and majority of our customers do exactly that. It means that the longer you stay in our share accommodation the less you pay per each week of your stay. Most of the customers book for 4 weeks and longer
Please note that you can’t set your preferences regarding the house and location the placement depends on the availability of each property at the time of the booking.
Costs
All living costs such as electricity, gas and water bills as well as the internet and cable TV fees are included.

10 weeks and longer in our share accommodation is cheapest option. Approximate price per week is $100-110 Aud depending on property; includes all the bills, 2 weeks pre paid bond is required.
• Accommodation less than 4 weeks attracts a 10% GST tax that is included in the 2 and 3 week prices above
• Electricity, excess water usage and other costs are included
• Deposit for linen and keys will be required after arrival - $40
• Pick up is NOT included in price and is compulsory and calculated $70 per person.
• In case of a couple of friends coming on the same flight and going to the same accommodation (address) the price of the pick-up is following:
