Renting yourself in Sydney

• Minimum duration of the lease contract is 6 months when renting a unit and 1 year when renting a house. Special conditions apply such as loose of the security bond (usually 4 weeks rent) in case of terminating the lease contract within first 6 months (unit)/1 year (house)
• Documents such as payslips in Australia, bank statements as well as references from previous accommodation in Sydney are needed to check students’ credibility before signing the contract with real estate agency. Minimum 2 weeks notice to move out

Our Share accommodation

• Minimum stay is 4 weeks as booked and paid in overseas prior to arrival. This can be extended in Sydney with our accommodation coordinator. However, 2 weeks bond will be required
• Deposit $ 10 for keys and $30 for bedding is required after arrival and will refunded in the end of the stay
• Minimum of 7-day-notice of moving out is required (but no refund will be given for the prepaid period)
