Introduction
English Language Company and Work and Travel Company have come together to provide the best English language tuition, travel and work services. ELC teachers are very experienced and the school owners have a combined 20 years experience of delivering top quality Cambridge courses and are trained Cambridge examiners, so you can be confident that the quality of your examination program is assured. School has great mix of nationalities with majority coming to study to ELS from Western Europe.
Location
English Language Company is located right in the heart of Sydney city, just a short walk from the shops, cafes, restaurants of Darling Harbour and other major tourist attractions. The college is a two-minute walk from Town Hall -Sydney’s main train station.

ELC Important Information
• ELC has excellent mixt of students –50- 60% students are from Western Europe, 10% from Central Europe, 10% from South America (Brazil, Columbia) ,20%-30% from Asia(Germany, Italy, Swiss, Sweden, Norway…)
• Total number of students varies between 300-600.
• International Business English have option to take the London Chamber of Commerce and Industry examinations .modules are available for 8 lessons per week in the afternoons- for up to 12 weeks
• GE has 6 levels -Elementary to Advanced, afternoon modules include: Travel English and Australian Studies International Business English or for Work Conversational English
• ELC English College hours:
- 8.30am-10.10 am(2 X 50-minute lessons)Coffee Break
- 10.30am -12.10pm(2 X 50-minute lessons) Lunch Break
- 1.00pm-2.40pm(2 X 50-minute lessons)
- College facilities stay open until 5pm
• ELC Class sizes: Small classes mean that you get the individual attention you need! General English –Maximum 15, average 12 students
• Exam Preparation – Maximum 12, average 10 students
• Exam Materials -ELS uses modern, stimulating, exam-focused course books o Exam preparations Programs including Speaking Exam practice with trained Cambridge examiners
• Cambridge Study Retreat -As part of your preparation program you will spend 3 days on a study retreat with your class and teacher. ELC retreat destinations change according to the time of year and include the beach, the country and the mountains.
